Leveraging Your Real Estate Business Through New Technology

Total Realty Group would like to thank everyone who attended our technology Meetup given by Associate Vice President Eon Lew, Senior Investment Specialist Hunter Nixon, and Investment Specialist Nathan Cowan. They covered technologies such as: Commercial Pro 247, Prospect Now, Loopnet, CoStar, ZIMAS, and other technologies used to analyze and value commercial properties.

Prior to the presentation, there was a meet and greet, with President Stephen Watson, CFO Michael Fukushima, and several other Investment Specialists from Total Realty Group. This allowed attendees to network and get to know each other a little better.

This Meetup was also one in a series of the Commercial Passport Classes that KW Commercial DTLA offers to new agents. To see the outline for the class, click the gray button to the left.

The price of admission for the event was $10, which included 2 drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks. All of the proceeds from this Meetup were

donated to the charity KW Cares, a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families in times of hardship as a result of a sudden emergency (Click button to left for KW Cares Info).
