Brendan Watson

With knowledge in managing properties, Brendan Watson’s service goes beyond his transactions. He was born in Woodland Hills, raised until two in Pasadena, and now lives in Hancock Park. He attended Loyola High School and Santa Monica College and has been working alongside Stephen Watson, Michael Fukushima, and the rest of Total Realty Group ever since.

At Loyola, he learned Jesuit values on how to be a “man for others.” Community Service has always been important to him and he helps out at the Midnight Mission whenever he can. These values also apply to his work ethic where he helps Stephen Watson manage his national portfolio. He always tries to think of how he can be of service to the tenants which has helped keep an almost 100% occupancy rate over the years and has increased the value of their whole portfolio during his time here. With Total Realty Group, he expects to bring many more closings to the company.
